Mitch coaches Matt in an amateur kickboxing tournament, but the competition turns deadly when an enemy from Mitch’s past gets him into the ring. Meanwhile, CJ is seduced by a fashion photographer.


Mitch, a former champion kickboxer, trains Matt to compete in a Venice amateur kickboxing tournament. After easily advancing in the first rounds, Matt is faced with an aggressive young fighter, Steve Thorn, who uses an illegal elbow strike to knock Matt unconscious. Thorn loses the match on a technicality, and Matt learns a lesson in street fighting. Summer, who has been watching the fight, is horrified by the violence, but is somehow drawn to Thorn, a handsome, troubled young man. Another spectator at the match is Michael Branson, a sworn enemy to Mitch Buchannon since their days together in the Navy SEALs. Unwittingly, Steve Thorn provides Branson a means of getting revenge on Mitch, when he agrees to fight Branson at an underground kickboxing match. Summer comes with Steve t o the match. When Mitch shows up to stop the fight, he ends up fighting Branson sans gloves, padding or referees. Mitch prevails in the ring, but in a thrilling plot twist, Branson gets Mitch into a lethal battle outside of the ring, but in a thrilling plot twist, Branson gets Mitch into a lethal battle outside of the ring!


Meanwhile, CJ is asked by world-renowned glamour photographer, Alain Begere, to model for a bathing suit layout. C soon finds that she not only loves modeling, but she loves Alain. As their love takes flight, so does CJ’s modeling career, and she si selected for a cover on a major sports magazine. In the thrill of passion and the news about the cover, CJ doesn’t realize that her new life may mean an end to her old life at Baywatch, forcing her to make a difficult decision.
