After the massive cast clearout, it has been announced that Brooke Burns will be playing the part of Jessie in the forthcoming series of “Baywatch”. Jessie is a waitress at a beachside cafe, located near to Baywatch Headquarters. The cafe in question seems to be the one once owned by Jackie Quinn (Summer’s mother), which is now run by Kaye Morgan, but as past episodes prove, the writers “conveniently” drop story threads, so there probably won’t be any reference to Kaye.
Prior to her role on “Baywatch”, Brooke played Peg on the series “Out of the Blue” and can be seen as the mail-room girl on “Ally McBeal”. In addition she has appeared in advertisements for Mug Rood Beer, Matrix and Carrows Restaurants.
