Apart-time lifeguard friend of Mitch causes havoc at Baywatch when he uses strong-arm tactics against some vagrants on the beach. And Logan annuls his marriage to Kathleen because of his love for Caroline, putting his Baywatch career in jeopardy.
Andy Jamison is an old friend of Mitch, currently serving as a Ventura County sheriff. However, Andy is also apart-time lifeguard, who has come to Baywatch to serve his required four days per year to keep his status on the active list. While on duty, Andy confronts two vagrants who are drinking. When they don’t respond to his warning, Andy uses strong-arm tactics to make his point, but he is quickly stopped by Stephanie, who disapproves of his methods. When these same men attack Mitch and steal his lifeguard truck, Andy takes advantage of the situation by offering a refresher course in lifeguard self-defense. Stephanie is not pleased. The next day, Andy confronts the two men who attacked Mitch, and this time he is brandishing a loaded gun. Now Mitch has to talk Andy out of using it, before the situation escalates and someone gets killed.
Logan breaks some shocking news to Caroline–he has anulled his marriage to Kathleen. He has done this to prove his love for Caroline, but this has put Logan’s Baywatch career in jeopardy. Now, Logan’s only chance to legally acquire a green card is to convince Stephanie to inform Immigration that he is a lifeguard “of exceptional skill.” But i t will take exceptional skill on Logan’s part to convince Stephanie to let him stay, after the way he’s treated her sister Caroline.
