When Logan’s visa is about to expire, he has only two ways to stay at Baywatch: buy a green card illegally with his winnings from an upcoming “rubber ducky” boat race, or marry Kathleen, a rich widow. But Logan is in love with Caroline, not Kathleen, and Matt is determined to beat Logan in the race. Meanwhile, Mitch’s relationship with Tracy continues to grow, despite his mother’s disapproval.
Logan’s visa is soon to expire, and he will be sent back to Australia unless he gets a green card, by marrying Kathleen, a rich widow. Meanwhile, Mitch’s mother comes to visit. She doesn’t approve of Mitch’s continued interest in Tracy, thinking that he is jumping into another relationship too quickly after his failed attempt to remarry his ex-wife Gail. But when Irene starts dating the womanizing former lifeguard Cliff Odom, Mitch becomes the one who disapproves.
The day of the race arrives. Matt and his partner have trained extensively and prove to be difficult competition. However, during the race, Matt’s boat takes a major spill, putting him in danger of being seriously hurt or killed by the other boats. Now, Logan is forced to choose between helping Matt or winning the money to buy his green card.
