Adaredevil motorcyclist’s traveling stunt show comes to the beach, capturing the admiration of Hobie. However, when the motorcyclist encourages underage drinking, Mitch and Garner attempt to shut him down. Meanwhile, Matt finds himself on suspension when a new lifeguard accuses him of sexual harassment.
When the “Johnny Danger Stunt Show” comes to the beach, Hobie and his friends are captivated by the thrilling motorcycle stunts, and even moreso by the charisma of Johnny Danger himself. When Danger gives Hobie one of his show jackets and offers him a ride on his motorcycle, Hobie has found a new idol. Unfortunately, Hobie is unaware of Danger’s history of drunken bar brawls and driving under the influence. Even worse, Danger encourages Hobie and his friends to “pop a few cold ones,” despite the fact they are minors. When Garner informs Mitch that Hobie was on Danger’s bike when Garner ticketed him for reckless driving, Mitch is concerned. The next day, when Mitch discovers two of Hobie’s friends on the beach drunk, he decides that enough is enough–he and Garner will attempt to shut down Johnny Danger for good.
A new lifeguard, Neely, comes to Baywatch, and Mitch assigns her to Matt, so he can train her in basic procedures. However, while in his tower, Neely comes on to Matt, who resists her advances, telling her of his relationship with CJ.
Matt then has to rush to the water to rescue a young girl. Just before she runs out to assist him, Neely sneaks a few sips from a liquor flask she has hidden in her things. After the rescue, Matt asks her whether she has been drinking. At first, Neely fakes innocence, but when Matt says h e smelled alcohol on the girl’s breath after Neely gave her mouth-to-mouth, Neely admits she was drinking on the job. She begs Matt not to tell, but he does, and when she is confronted by Mitch, she accuses Mat of sexually harrassing her. When Neely serves papers against Matt and Baywatch, Mitch is forced to put him on suspension. Now, Matt and CJ myst find a way to prove his innocence.
