Two reckless friends of Hobie’s are involved in a power ski hit-and-run accident that results in the death of a windsurfer. When Hobie discovers that they are responsible, he is torn between protecting his friends’ identity, therefore leaving the case unsolved, or telling Mitch, risking his anger after he had repeatedly warned him against power skiing.
