Hulk Hogan and the Baywatch lifeguards team up to battle Ric Flair and his gang in order to save a youth center from being closed and turned into beachfront condos. Meanwhile, Stephanie is devastated when she learns she has melanoma.
World Championship Wrestler Hulk Hogan comes to Baywatch Headquarters to personally thank CJ for saving his life after a wave runner hit him in the head and knocked him unconscious. While there, he learns that many of the Baywatch lifeguards volunteer at the Venice Boys’ Athletic Club, the very same organization that got Hulk off the streets and gave him direction. However, the Boys’ Club property has been sold, and CJ tells Hulk that the lifeguards just aren’t able to raise the money necessary to buy the property and save the Club. Hulk offers to visit and see if he can help.
At the Club, Hulk and his friend Randy “Macho Man” Savage put on an impressive display of strength for the young men, but are interrupted by “Nature Boy” Ric Flair and his not-so-friendly wrestling gang. The underhanded Flair announces that he is the one who has purchased the Boys’ Club property, and he plans on tearing down the Club to make way for the most expensive condos on the beach. In order to stop him, Hulk challenges Flair to a winner-take-all wrestling match on the beach. The winner not only gets the property, but World Champion title as well, something Flair has always desired but never achieved. Flair agrees, but he has a surprise in store for Hulk. The match will not take place in a ring, as Hulk thinks, but in “The Cage,” which gives Flair the upper hand. Will Hulk be able to withstand such a challenge, or will the Boys’ Club be lost forever?
Stephanie’s boyfriend, Dr. Tom Morella, notices a small red blotch on the back of her leg. She waves it off as nothing serious, but Tom, a dermatologist, insists she go for tests. Stephanie reluctantly agrees, and the diagnosis comes back… melanoma–skin cancer. If that isn’t bad enough, the cancer has started to spread. Now, Stephanie must rely on her close friends at Baywatch to help her cope with the biggest challenge of her life.
