Mitch has great news for the Baywatch lifeguards: they are all going to Hawaii! There, Mitch tells them, they will learn the lifeguard techniques that make Hawaiian lifeguards the best in the world. However, the trip will double as a much-needed vacation, and CJ and Caroline look forward to some lazy days and hot nights with Matt and Logan respectively.
The trip heats up even more when they arrive. Stephanie immediately falls for the handsome Mark Kealoha, the leader of the S.H.A.R.C.S., Hawaii’s premier lifeguard team, while CJ and Matt have a secret romantic tryst in a lagoon near a breathtaking waterfall. However, Caroline’s romantic plans are shattered when Logan fulfills a lifelong surfing dream by entering the Gerry Lopez Pipeline Masters.
Meahwhile, CJ is humorously pursued by Carlton, a wannabe photographer, who is having an unusual string of bad luck. His misfortune starts spreading to others including Stephanie, who discovers that Carlton stole a small lava rock from a larger offshore rock. According to Hawaiian legend, anyone who takes a lava rock away from its rightful place is cursed with bad luck. Now, Stephanie and Carlton must return the lava rock before his bad luck gets worse and spreads to everyone else.
For Mitch and Matt, however, paradise quickly turns dangerous. On a boat outing, Matt is stung by a poisonous scorpionfish, and he and Mitch are forced to make a risky trip through thick jungle to find help before Matt succumbs to the deadly venom.

PART 2
In Hawaii, where the Baywatch team is sharpening their lifeguard skills, things turn dangerous for Mitch and Matt when they are forced to run for their lives through dangerous jungle. Meanwhile, Stephanie solves Carlton’s bad luck mystery, and Logan proposes to Caroline.
The Baywatch lifeguards have travelled to Hawaii in order to sharpen their lifeguard skills by working with the S.H.A.R.C.S., an elite team of Hawaiian lifeguards who risk their lives everytime they make a rescue. Now, Mitch and Matt have disappeared, and they are called upon to try and find them. When Matt was stung by a poisonous scorpionfish, Mitch and Matt were forced to make a dangerous trip through thick jungle in an attempt to reach a fishing town on the other side of the island. Though they collapsed out of exhaustion before reaching the town, they were rescued by formerly homeless Hawaiians living native-style in a nearby village.
At the village, Mitch and Matt are befriended by Lea, an orphan who was saved from drowning, then raised in the village. Now, she wants to leave and start a life of her own, but Mako, a handsome young Hawaiian, wants her for his own. After nursing Matt back to health and despite fearing for her own life, she accompanies Mitch and Matt on their way to the fishing town. However, Mako learns of her departure, and burning with jealous rage, chases after them through the jungle. Now, Mitch, Matt, and Lea are running for their lives.
Meanwhile, things start getting worse between Logan and Caroline. Not only has Logan spent more time in the surfing competition than with her, he now finds himself posing for a calendar with the beautiful girls of Hawaiian Tropic. Caroline is furious and leaves him on the beach. Now Logan is left to wonder whether his intended marriage proposal to Caroline is in serious jeopardy.
When Stephanie learns that Mitch and Matt are missing, she and her new boyfriend Mark attempt to find them in a helicopter. But Mitch and Matt could be anywhere on the island, and the only person who knows where they could be is the dangerous Mako, who is hunting them down in order to capture Lea once again.
