Princess of Tides

Written by Michael Berk & Peter Kiwitt

A thrilling muscle boat competition is the backdrop for a whirlwind romance between Mitch and a beautiful woman he doesn’t know is a princess who is the target of an assassination plot.

The Randenberg royal family sail from Europe to Santa Monica every year to host the prestigious Randenberg Cup muscle boat races. Their lovely and headstrong daughter, Princess Catherine, longs to escape her sheltered life, her pre-arranged marriage, and the pressures of royalty, and being in Los Angeles is the perfect opportunity to do so. Her father forbids her to go ashore, but Catherine secretly sneaks of the yacht, swims toward shore, but tires in the strong current. Mitch spots and rescues her, and Catherine immediately falls for him.

Without telling Mitch anything of her past or her station, Catherine enchants him, and they spend a romantic day on the beach, sharing the pleasures of America and each other. Catherine’s failure to tell Mitch about her real identity spells trouble for them both, when brutal political assassins try to hunt her down on the beach. Mitch and Hobie are her only protection, but will they learn her secret before it’s too late…
